Staff - Specifically desk management could not provide breakfast take away box for early departure to airport and no shuttle service to JFK. (That was a problem as well to choosing hotel).

Only stayed for one night to catch our early morning flight at JFK. The facility is well located, next to a casino and variety of restaurants to eat at. Very clean and helpful staff, quiet and close to the airport
