We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining an inability to walk long distance. The area around the hotel has limit access during daytime hours and is blocked by closed roads and guards. Management was spoken to about our issues but nothing was resolved… he simply stated it wasn’t his fault.

My stay was ok. I spent little time in the room. TV channels not available to watch. Sorry i have no pictures that i took from the hotel

Some mold in the shower and beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was nice though.

It was amazing! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Hotel was clean and the breakfast terrace had amazing views. Will definitely be coming back to Ephesus Hotel.
