The hotel was great. Well located, clean and great facilities. The only issue was the long wait for the elevator. I had to wait 10 minutes in the rush hours.

Heat too hot, cannot adjust, room too small, elevator not available during morning, all elevators showed full and skipped. Waited for more than 15 mins until a service lift operated by the staff who asked us to join them.

Fantastic
Comfortable beds snd bedding with a plush comforter and our room had an ofuro japanese tub for soaking! It was a big hotel but easy to check in/out; I especially liked the express checkout. Close to train station and an easy walk to the river.

Like all APA, the room is just big enough to fit in. The bed is comfortable and you get everything you need in a clean comfy room. All amenities are wrapped in plastic so you know they are clean, but its a lot of waste. Not so eco friendly.
