Bun Boiler on the property was not working, resulting in no hot water for the stay. Advance notice should have been provided before checkin to allow for cancellation and alternative booking options.

So close to the station on eat street. Noise from trains not too bad and my room faced the station. Coffee tea ice and water station really good too.

I can’t recommend this place enough. When my useless hotel in Kyoto had issues with shipping my luggage to Okinawa (I was already in Hiroshima when they informed me about this) they were absolutely no help and basically told me “sucks to suck” the amazing staff somehow managed to get my luggage rerouted to the hotel and it was sitting in the lobby waiting for me the next morning. Amazing staff and amazing place. I will be coming back again one day
