I have to admit this is one of the better hotel's I have stayed at. And I travel a lot back in the day, and recently. But, I have one problem whatever they where doing or whoever was in the room above was making too much noise the frist time it started at 5:50 in the morning waking me up and again that night around 11:0

The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. Overall it the stay was just okay, not great at all!

When I checked in there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping was very apologetic and cleaned it up quickly.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and honestly have always enjoyed the stay. This time the room had standing water - at least six inches - in the tub. The woman at the desk - Monique - said she would have it fixed while we were out for the afternoon. I have been in town recently to help care for my brother who had triple bypass surgery. We left the hotel to go to see him and when we returned several hours later there was still standing water in the tub and the toilet would not flush. Monique was able to get us a new room and let us pack up and move but this was an inconvenience. I have no complaints about Monique. She did everything that she could to help make us comfortable.
