My balcony door was closed with a piece of string stuck to the glass. There was an active construction site the size of a football field across the road and in the immediate vicinity maybe upstairs was a nightclub that blasted music until 3am. The hotel actually gives you earbuds on your bedside table. I would not have booked if I knew these things

Lobby and terrace were excellent. Breakfast, room service, staff, were excellent. Room quality was excellent. Beds/mattress the best I have slept on. The bathroom and toilet are separate enclosures. One major complaint: the bathroom and toilet have foggy glass windows, looking into the room - a terrible design, I was staying with my daughter, and had to keep the lights off when using the shower or the toilet. Also, the shower is outside the tub, that makes the floor totally wet, the next person has to go through the wet floor to get to the tub, and impossible to change clothes in the bathroom. The door handles on the inside the toilet were broken or missing.
