Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything based here. Breakfast was more the adequate for the price point with continental and some English offerings as well as some Lovely Greek Cheese breakfast Pie, along with Breads and Different typs of Eggs. Would we stay again? we sure would and will when we visit the Island again.

Wow what can I see for my first time in Greece. Maria was exceptional from check in to check out. Attentive and nothing but great hospitality. Makes your travels more at ease! Always smiling. Do not let her go she’s great! Also Maria amazing hospitality as well. The breakfast was a good start to your morning! Thank you to ALL the staff for an amazing! I will be back.

We had an excellent stay. All of the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food. There were some staples, like bacon and eggs, and tomatoes, cucumbers, and yogurt every morning. There was a dessert that changed daily. Many varieties of bread for toast with different spreads. The orange marmalade was very good. The hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk from the Medieval city and there are lots of good restaurants around. We especially recommend Thassos (good food and very nice waiters). There is no on-site parking and parking around the city is very close parallel parking. We found parking near Elli beach. There were usually spots available there.

We stayed 6 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the room and public spaces were kept very clean, breakfast staff ensured everything was fresh and hot and the breakfast area was always clean. The location is within easy walking distance to the beaches, harbour, old city and many restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a super location, close to everything we required

This was our second visit to the hotel. It's centrally located, modern and clean. The staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly. The included breakfast has plenty of choice. I highly recommend the Santa Maria hotel to anyone staying in Rhodes town.

Found out the day before we were supposed to travel that the hotel is currently closed for construction. Hotel didn’t respond to messages or phone calls. Expedia were extremely unhelpful so we had to book an alternative hotel ourselves and hope we can get a refund after. We ended up staying in a hotel right across the road from Santa Maria and it is a building site.

Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to the stormy weather in rhodes, the ferry was not running. I did not expect to receive a full refund but i hoped the hotel could help us out somehow either with a change of date or a partial refund. I tried contacting numourous times by phone and messaging through the app. No response from either. I then got in touch with hotels.com who did the same as got no response whatsoever. Its like they dont exist. Dont book here if you would like any help at all because they will ignore you.

The staff are excellent, the facility is nice and clean.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had good options. The drain in bathroom was slow, and crevices were not very clean.
