Clean room quiet place great location close to the airport

Very easy to check in. Member of staff helpful, polite and attentive. Room clean and tidy, although there was a funny sewage smell Everytime we flushed the toilet! Just kept door closed and was not too much of an issue. Slept well, no noise. Nice option of food and drinks nearby. Will return.

Do not prepay for your stay. They will not allow you to change anything. If leaving early you will fofit the remaining paid amount. There is one restaurant within walking distance. Ti go anywhere you have to take a parking shuttle from a nearby hotel to the airport. Then the trains and buses are available. Or you can Uber. There are no amenities. Be careful when booking that breakfast is included, get it in writing In my case I booked it through hotels.com and remember booking the room at the higher price with breakfast, but I could not produce the words that state breakfast and they denied even discussing it with me. He was very rude about it just yelled “no breakfast”. They wanted 14 euros for breakfast and I looked at the buffet, it was not worth 14 euros, hard boiled eggs and breads. I was there 11 days and will not stay there again.

You need to take a bus from the airport that runs every 30 mins. Breakfast buffet is ok but not great. Otherwise a good place to crash before a flight!

A decent example of discount hotel chain. Clean, smelled new. Small rooms but with AC as a plus. Location was complicated relative to Berlin airport. In kind of soulless suburban office park with very few amenities.

Clean room staff breakfast

This hotel is located near BER airport. You can reach a hotel by parking bus service or public bus transportation. Clean room. Staff were helpful and kind. Price was not excessive. Really limited amenity. No kettle, coffee maker, and no refrigerator in the room. But you could get hot water at front desk. Nothing restaurants and confinement store around the hotel. ( airport has some restaurants, cafe, supermarket)

Room was clean. Good place to stop after arriving from the airport. Food/snacking options available in the lobby.
