Loved this place on Chiang Mai. Even booked an extra night. It was in a quiet area in the old city. Clean room, friendly staff, lovely pool . Breakfast included. It would have been better if the eggs were cooked to order as they were quite cold on a few occasions. There was free coffee/tea from a machine in reception and water to top up your bottles. You could buy beer, fizzy drinks etc from reception and these were same price as outside.

The staff was very nice and helpful in arranging an elephant sanctuary tour and even opened the kitchen early for us so we could breakfast and make the tour pickup! Spacious family room. Excellent location in center of Old City. Clean. Quiet, for the exception of plumbing pipes that banged - a simple plumbing fix of a hammer arrestor could help there ;)
