When I first got into my room I unlocked the door and a Maintenance man was standing in the room. This scared me as I was a single young female traveller staying at my first hostel so this made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I got into bed at night I noticed loads of bed and live bugs all over the bedding along with yellow stains all on the bedding. There was mould growing in the corner of the room aswell. The whole place felt dirty. It was a good location though

Great staff to start with especially kseniia was a great help, room's clean, handy having a self service kitchen, would definitely recommend and will be booking there on my return 😀

The staff are generally helpful, Mimi and Elena at the reception went above and beyond and the kitchen staff are a wonderful bunch.

It was very clean, and near a lot of fun stuff and good food. But the staff was fantastic! Kseniia was super helpful with everything I needed. Really appreciated all the information and help.

Decent room size with a lot of storage area. It is designed really nicely for a short stay. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom was basic with waterfall shower and hair dryer. There's a usable kitchen on the second floor where you can cook and get water or coffee. The lobby area looks very cozy, but we never utilized it. The area is very populated with a lot of things to do nearby, so it felt really safe. It's very walkable to the city center attractions. Noise level-wise, you're on a very busy street so expect there to be noise, but it tapers off before 11pm. The carpets smelled like mildew and doesn't feel like it's been clean. I was constantly sneezing in the room most likely due to dust and allergens. The room was very stuffy and opening the windows only helped slightly, because with the windows opened, it was noisy outside.

Great place! Excellent most friendly and accommodating staff. Great location smack in the middle of it all. Excellent restaurant sharing same building that provides a discount to guests. 5 min walk to the 100E express bus stop to airport connection.

Great value for money! However, it’s a hostel, so be ready to bring with you some toiletries like moisturizer, hair conditioner etc. and maybe the quality of duvet and pillows could be better. But in general, it was clean tidy, great location, super friendly staff, lovely kitchen which reminds dormitory. Recommend!
