Charles Rahim loved St Ellis. The big guy working at the restaurant last Tuesday and wed was so nice and so professional. All the staff at the restaurant are so professional and friendly and they go the extra mile. Parking was good. Location close to Ayala Centre small shopping centre .

Beautiful hotel rooms are clean and staff ate outstanding. Only comment I have because of the old hotel building you can smell the old musty smell

The staff were amazing. They always provided me with first class service. My air conditioning quit working just after 1am. I called the front desk and maintenance was at my room in 5 minutes.

Staff at check in made me feel uncomfortable, almost not welcome. Our room on 5th floor (highest in hotel) was facing road/front of hotel super noisy with road traffic, car alarms etc, not hotel fault but beware. House keeping need to check and replace what been used. Otherwise room was pleasant, rest of staff friendly, Breakfast nice variety, special shout out to Joseph in the bar, thank you for making us feel welcome.
