Always amazing best hotel in eswatini in my view

Sub medie We called the hotel to try to cancel our reservations because one of the family members was sick. They refused and said it would be a 100% fee. So we went anyway. We had three rooms as a family. One of the rooms, which happened to be for the sick family member, did not have hot water which was necessary given his condition. We had to abandon that room and squeeze into two. The staff did not address the problem and no compensation was given even though we couldn't use one of the rooms and were crowded into the other two.

Great staff , gorgeous property, lovely accommodation. Just a minor point but lack of power points to charge phones etc made it a little tricky as we had to move furniture to access them. The food was top notch and the wait staff very attentive and accommodating. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We’re from Australia and travelling the world by bicycle so we had a delightful couple of days of rest. So glad we found this place! Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, really comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, and outstanding customer service. Breakfast delicious. Great location. Lovely, kind staff. Restaurant food high quality and delicious. Lovely pool area Beautiful surroundings, and birds. It was luxurious, so sad to leave. Felt like home from home. Keep doing what you do.

Bun WiFi was down ☹️ that was extremely frustrating. They can do better with the breakfast options. More fruits would be great, especially in the summer with so many fruits in season. That was disappointing

Beautiful scenery and a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was great however the menu is the same everyday. Wifi is not stable, it was the most disappointing part of my stay.
