We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was spacious, large, and very clean. The amenities and attentive staff and housekeeping were great. An extra special surprise and thoughtful touch was a cake they snuck into the fridge for my birthday that included a candle, birthday hat, plates and forks. The cake was delicious! I didn't get to say thank you but it really meant a lot this year after finding out I lost my father the day before while out of country. The location was also convenient with nearby food and shops/mall (Tianhe). My kids enjoyed the free lemonade and cookies at reception.

Convenience and good room condition

Location and service were amazing. This hotel has great amenities too although the pool could be crowded since it’s open to non residents too.

Staff were excellent help and room are clean

We stayed for 5 nights at Fraser Suites GZ, on the 10th floor, the location is great, directly linked to Onelink Mall, & also walking distance to many other malls like Grandview Mall, TeeMall, Parc Central, VT101, Taikoo Hui etc. There is a small drop off so it is easy to pick up & drop off when calling Didi. We did not get to take the train, but if needed, the station exit is also just few steps from the entrance of this hotel. Level 7 lounge has coffee machine so u can have a coffee daily. Deluxe King room was huge, decent unblocked view, aircon could be well-controlled per our needs. The hotel is not new but everything was in good condition & extremely clean. We had a super good stay and comfortable. Shower had good pressure & bathroom was also big. Special mention to the friendly & helpful staff, Jackson who assisted in my courier items & ensure everything is smooth, & also Jacky who helped us order Meituan as our app was not working. Both of them provided great service & made our stay convenient & awesome. The only downside of this location is that we were facing the side of the road where there is always congestion & cars / motors honk at each other throughout the day and we can hear it from our room. It wakes us up everyday at 9am+. It is really unfortunate, though it has nothing to do with Fraser Suites.

Location is good with restaurants and mini marts nearby. Staff are all helpful, friendly especially Ray who helped us with our complex check in of many rooms and bookings. Welcome Juice and coffee machine with biscuits is a warm welcome while waiting. Overall highly recommended Apartment stay.

The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, there may be bed bugs, as we were bitten and developed red, itchy marks. The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, so it’s necessary to keep the door closed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the fridge is topped up with drinks daily. There’s also a washing machine and dryer provided, along with laundry detergent. The location is excellent — easy to catch a Didi, and within walking distance of several large shopping malls. The hotel is connected to one of the malls, so even on rainy days there’s no worry about having nowhere to go. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The staff are very polite, patient, and professional.

Ray at Reception was very helpful and patience as our booking had 5 rooms and many references numbers. All service staff helpful and commendable. Love the reception welcome coffee and juice.
