Convinient location - walking distance to Sinjuku Gyeonmae station and Shinjuku station. Check out process was fast and luggage storage was available. If the Sento were to be closed later, it would be better. Currently it closes at midnight. It is not always possible to make the timing if one were to be out and caught the last train back. I would suggest for the Sento to be closed at 2 or 3 am instead.

The room is perfect for solo travelers, probably a bit cramped for multiple people. Very clean, very quiet, and phenomenal air-conditioning. The staff made check-in and check out very easy and fluid. Great location; right next to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, plenty of konbinis, a movie theater and shopping, as well as a garden! Very pleasant stay of you’re in Tokyo.

Super small room. Had difficulty checking in because the staff couldn’t find the reservation. Incredibly small lobby with no air conditioning.
