Had my bathroom leaking on the first day with wet floor mainly around the toilet commode - called the room service asking to do something about it- maybe fix and clean the room- and mind you we had paid for 3 nights. They said they’ll send a plumber- maybe the plumber did come when we were not in room, but when we did comeback to the room after lunch- boy- the bathroom had dirty footprints- (shoe prints actually). I forgot to mention- when I asked if they could send someone to clean the bathroom- they said they’ll only send cleaners every three nights. What good is that for us- nothing. Parking was a little over $10 per night, and if you have EV there’s a slow charger in the Parking.

After checking around crevices in the hotel room after another guest told me they found bugs, I found large brownish red stains on the mattress. I also started finding garbage like tags and a water bottle under the bed/nightstand and under the seat cushion found a lot of crumbs/hair. A lot of surfaces in the bathroom, like the door, were dirty. I decided to vacate the property. The outside of the hotel and lobby/hallways looked to be well maintained. Good location.

The hotel in general is dirty, floors are disgusting, none of the amenities in my room worked, they moved me to another room, the noice level was off the chart, the cleaning people looked like they have no idea how to even clean themselves never mind cleaning a hotel room, the maintenance guy looked like he was in middle school, his pants were following off of him, the whole place needs help as well as the staff.
