The location is near the port , far from downtown. It has shuttle bus to go to the station. However, it is unclear where and when to pickup from the station when checkin to hotel. When riding the shuttle to downtown, the driver is so rude, dropping us at different location near the station, but would not answer how to walk to the station from where he drop us off. The hotel is so out-dated and I will rate it as a 3 star hotel.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kobe Port. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

Beautiful location. Great breakfast. Also enjoyed the onsite Chinese restaurant. Easy walk to Harborland and Chinatown. The recently opened health club was available for a fee— if you want to swim bring a swimming cap and check the water aerobics schedule.

We were told breakfast buffet is until 11 am. The staff forgot to mention that breakfast buffet entry ends at 10:30. We reached at 10:35 and were denied entry and were not even allowed to take a few items to our room.

Very good view of the Meriken Park. Enjoyed spending time and people watching in the balcony. Very close to the harborland. Mosaic is walkable if you get hungry, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, turned out to be quite good.

Your stay will evoke an elegant voyage by ship as you relax in the salt breeze blowing in off the ocean. With a passenger ship terminal on its second floor, the hotel invites guests to enjoy Kobe’s unique ambience as a port town as they watch luxurious passenger liners and yachts arrive in port from voyages that have taken them around the world.
