Checking in was smooth albeit a line up. Room was clean and comfortable. Room and washroom amenities were more than adequate. The air-conditioner worked well. The cleaning crew were efficient and friendly. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic! Lots of local eateries within walking distance. The MRT station is directly below the hotel which made it very convenient for transport and getting around Singapore. Room rates were in the mid-range category. Would stay here again. Highly Recommended!

Nice hotel, no frills and in a great location. Easy to travel to and from the airport or anywhere else in Singapore due to the MRT station right below. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK..... only ate there once but lots of other options very close by so we chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The tiles around the pool are VERY slippery when wet! Something to be aware of as we saw both adults and children falling over. Hote really needs to address this issue as it's quite dangerous. Would recommend this place as an affordable option for a few nights stay.
