Fantastic
Good 'eco friendly' hotel in the university area of Copenhagen. Close to the sights, restaurants, etc. (i.e. walkable), and this area is not in the heart of where all the other tourists are staying! The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar food is limited but very good. We didn't try the hotel restaurant. Overall a nice hotel and area of Copenhagen. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was great as usual. I have stayed in other 1 Hotel properties and love the brand. The staff is young and friendly and always tries to accommodate requests. However, we just stayed in the 1 Hotel in Copenhagen. We left on July 26th. Unfortunately, one of the Women Concierges had a bad attitude and made a recommendation for a restaurant which was not what we had asked for. Not only was it far ($25 by taxi) but the food was mediocre. It was our last night in Copenhagen and we wanted it to be special. It was a disappointment and when we brought it to her attention she shrugged it off instead of apologizing or saying she would make a note of it.

Fantastic
One of the most comfortable stays ever. It was a tough decision to lease the Hotel to see the other attractions of Copenhagen. Staff contacted us before during and after our stay on activities, resources, and our overall experience. Location is centered where you want to be on a Copenhagen trip. Highly this experience to anyone.

The 1 hotel is a beautiful property located right in the mix of it all. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff were kind and helpful. My one critique - they do not do turn down service - If you want it, it’s an additional paid service. This was never explained, and no where in the world have I ever experienced this in any luxury brand. I’m loyal to the 1 and have stayed at multiple properties.
