The Hotel was okay for a short stay. There was the last guests' food still in the fridge when we checked in (not a good sign). The breakfast was basic but okay with limited hot dishes. Admittedly we stayed on a night that there was a football match on nearby. With only two working elevators in the building for 13 floors there were long waits to use them as they were constantly full.

Friendly staff. But the breakfast could have more of a variety, you could change the menu up for each day. It takes a lot of time to wait for the elevator.

Beds were terrible, staff either didn't explain the carparking properly or our exiting token didn't work so we had to pay double for the carparking after a sleepless night that was very frustrating.

Great value for money. We wanted to be close to the station for early departure and this hotel is ideally placed. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. My only criticism is the loud clunking noise the lifts make - our room was on the top floor next to the lift and every time the 2 lifts moved it was noisy.

Breakfast was appalling - the lifts wernt working on checkout waited 15 mins - others used the stairs then couldn’t get out of the door at the bottom (imagine if their was a fire) bed was hard- pillows were lumpy - no spare blanket - parking was miles away from the accommodation with no clear instructions on how to get from the car park back to reception with all our luggage. hand basin in the room was blocked - when it rained the rain was dripping down onto the outside cill of our room - making a very loud noise - that woke us twice forced us to put ear plugs in. Never again was a terrible place to stay - very unhappy for the money we paid - staff were however friendly
