We were literally staying one day to meet up with family before continuing our travels. The staff was very accommdating and helpful. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice including GF and lactose free choices . The seating area for buffet also was great for us to chat with family in the late evening, keeping us from disturbing others if we were gathering in our rooms to chat. The two fire doors at hallway prevented any sound from travelling towards the rooms on the first level. We ate supper and lunch the following day next door so within a few feet we had everything we needed! We also found the interior design of the washroom door which allowed toilet privacy if someone else was using shower etc, a great use engineering design.

Even though the hotel seemed quite full, parking spaces were still available. Only thing I missed was they didn't have any tea bags. Not sure if there were meant to be and I could have asked for some or not.

We had a lovely stay the staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful our room was clean and very spacious and the bed was very comfy they had Dove shower gel and shampoo free to use in the bathroom/shower the breakfast was great with also the option to grab and go so we made bacon rolls up to take on the next part of our trip this is my second time to stay at this hotel and I would recommend it there is also a lovley restaurant next door in walking distance that serves great meals and carvery at great prices also parking at the hotel is free 😊

My daughter's kindle gpt taken with bed linen and was never given back. Staff said they would try to find it but didn't bother contacting me back. There was police arresting someone outside the hotel with suspected weapon that had entered the hotel. Would never go back.
