A nice roomy property with easy access to transit and popular areas around the city. Much more residential than a lot of places in Tokyo and great to return to a quiet area after a long day out in the city.

Minunat The sheets were somewhat tarnished and a bit dirty.
The room is spacious enough for two people, but having three can feel crowded.
There is no elevator, so you need to carry your bags up to the apartment.

This hotel is honestly one of my favorites I have stayed at in Japan. Yes, the stairs are narrow and there is no front desk, but when booking they do let you know that (and it's in the description) so I had no issues before, during or after my stay. The hotel was roomy, clean, and comfortable for my group of 5 adults. I did need to reach out to staff to let them know I'd be leaving the hotel for a few days and they were quick with their response. The hotel is in a quiet and nice neighborhood with a 7/11 nearby and it wasn't too far from the train or bus. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very close to 2 train stations, convenience stores, and very close to Yamato baggage transportation service.

This was an excellent location for our short holiday and we were really pleased to move between here and their other hotel in Kyoto. Be aware that the stairs really are quite steep so if you’re not nimble then this might not be the place for you but in terms of location, it was really nice. It also doesn’t have much of a kitchen so don’t expect to do any cooking, however realised excellent Ramen in Tokyo is but a walk away!

Check went well. The unit was clean but smaller than expected. The TV was large but it only had 3 stations because there was no cable. There was no place to put anything down besides 2 tiny tables, the kitchen stove, and the floor. A table in the washer space (since no machine is installed) would at least give people a place to set things down. 2 bad things: 1) The AC kept turning off at night automatically so the room got hot! I tried to communicate with the owner and ask how to change this but he never responded. 2) Some other person opened our door! I heard the keypad beep, the door opened, and a bearded white dude stuck his head in and said, "sorry!". How did this happen?! I thought the door was secured when it was closed? That's why we needed the key to get in, right? Scary!

Fantastic Ideal location to be if you want to experience living like a local. Good restaurants and lots of convenience stores. Uguisudani station is 10 minutes walk and connect you to the Yamanote line which allows you to quickly get to most tourists attractions in Tokyo. Kina was very helpful and accommodating.
