The place was infested with roaches crawling on my face. It was disgusting and very disappointed no matter how much help I try to get nobody never helped me. I had two bookings one was canceled and I’m still getting charged for it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had cockroaches which made me feel dirty and unsanitary finding bugs in the room was unacceptable and made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from this hotel. I hope management addresses this issue to future guest don’t have the same experiences . While sleeping I had some crawling on my face. My daughter got a rash on her face and back. NOT CLEAN at all. Very disappointed.

I stayed there in the past and it has never been this dirty now there roaches everywhere I had one crawling while I was sleeping wanted to leave but I had to stay n sleep with lights on the beds are old it was just so dirty I was traveling so I couldn't leave but I will not be staying there again the staff is great they just need to clean it up

Room smelled like smoke and its a non smoking room. Roaches coming from everywhere. Mold in the restroom. Door doesn’t close properly. If you need ice, they have ice for sale. Towels have stains on them. Will definitely not stay here again.

No vuelvo a este hotel e echo reservaciones en otros hoteles y nunca avia pasado por esto el olor en el cuarto y en las almoadas no podia dormir pero lo mas increible en un hotel cucarachas que nomas apagabamos la luz Salian muy sucio no se lo recomindo a nadie y el servicio pesimo

too many roaches. Roaches getting in my bags, personal items, bed, bathroom. Rotted wood in the bathroom ceiling had hole with damage drywall. this is ridiculous! lazy Owner managing a dump
