the staff was great and the rooms as well. unfortunately the guest were the ones that made it bad. They broke some glass in the pool that made the staff drain the whole pool and refill it.

We love this property and returned for our family vacation. The staff is very friendly, service is top notch and the location can’t be beat! They’ll transport you up/down the hill (via golf cart) where you can easily access different shops and restaurants. Spa is nice - the changing winds massage is a wonderful zen Sedona experience! Salt Rock is a great restaurant and the views are spectacular. Super chill and relaxing vibe here. Our family loves this place and will return!

Excellent resort, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The views of the mountains are stunning, rooms are really clean and comfortable. I definitely will make this place my go to stay when I’m in town.

I stayed in a nice suite by the creek. It was clean and comfortable. The property is not well maintained with even mildew in the pool. The pool is small and not very pleasant. The property is bellow a shopping street, you need the valet to golf cart u up. They were great about doing that. Long corridors with steps to get to the room. Ok hotel.
