Boutique hotel or so called. It means the rooms look a bit different. High ceilings and a spacious room and bathroom. Obvious damage and repair work to ceiling. Bed was a King but was really two mattresses pushed together so the middle of the bed had an uncomfortable rib running around both mattresses. Only requested room service one time on my 4 night stay and they replaced every towel accept the most important towel the bath towel. They took two away and put back one. Upon request for additional towel (2 person occupancy) I was told "No, because I had the "Do not service" door tag on display. However this was the following day, not the day of service. A visit to reception was required where upon they repeated the same odd reason why only one towel was replaced if two were taken. But alas, I got my towel. (However this should not have been the case the answer to customer paying premium for a 3 star room is "Yes, we will bring a towel to your room as soon as possible.". Shower has great water pressure, and the quality of said towels was very good. In house breakfast was average at best. Many Cafes within walking distance much better and less expensive. The area where the hotel is is excellent and walkable. Tram stop 400 ft away takes you to the shore or the airport. VERY convenient. Great location. Overall a good hotel. But no surprise that improvements should be made considering this establishments price point. 3.5 out of 5 stars

Reception staff like Chelsea and Vincent barely had most basic hospitality ethos They were not welcoming, and had an attitude Breakfast staff did a slightly better job but at times were not comparative My room was very noisy right above reception and all night was hearing delivery staff and people walking on street Entrance to Hotel has no ramp and taxis can’t stop right opposite We had to be dropped at next side road and walk 150m with bags and had to carry our bags up the stairs Hotels interior was beautiful but staff def need proper training I ain’t stay there again

Nice stay. Close to st James square parking deck. Only downsize was having to carry heavy luggage up multiple stairways. But very clean.

The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Free snacks and sparkling water. Close to Carlton Hill.

Lovely hotel and perfectly situated. Helpful staff with an excellent sized room. Would love to return.

Great location near theatre and easy walk to St Andrews square. Rooms very modern and clean.

This is well located and good quality hotel within walking distance of castle , old and new towns. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Highly recommend

We had a one night stay at Indigo and would definitely choose it again. The staff were excellent, the junior suite was lovely and the breakfast was great.
