Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically paid for 12hrs.

The location is perfect; close to everything. And the staff very friendly and attentive. The food delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing. We were totally satisfied. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Washington DC. The rooftop is a nice place to watch the sunset with family and friends.

Staff profiles certain guest and was not very friendly. The establishment itself was nice but a little on the pricey side compared to other hotels offering the same if not more amenities and updates.
