Easiest walk to the Nagano train station Extremely clean property check in and check out is fully vending machine style Breakfast spread is decent and the donut n cupcake in the evening is a welcome move

It's a small hotel with awesome location, attentive staffs and a wide range of thoughtful options. The breakfast setup was a bit unusual, but I liked it. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Excellent central hotel in Nagano, very close to the station (around 5 min walk). We checked in late after the Shinkansen from Tokyo and the process was quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and twinned with Wendy’s so there was the option of a burger as well. Clean and tidy hotel.

Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!

I only had one night in Nagano, but this hotel was very convenient to the train station, food and shopping. I really liked the lockers out front, as I was able to drop off bags before check in without any fuss. The room was very comfortable.
