我們是兩大一小 . 初次來到台南旅遊
約花了一小時才找到慕特公寓 所以交通地點上建議可說在忠義路三段上的小宮廟 (有招牌凸出來 “福德” ) 及素食店中間小巷子進去後到底右轉.
沒有電梯 所以對有帶小小孩的父母來說有些吃力.
公寓外觀很不起眼 但開了門後進去 卻令人驚艷 布置及擺設都讓我有種低調的奢華感
公共區域客廳的那張木桌讓我很想一直在上頭喝茶點(有茶包及小餅乾可吃) 黃色燈光照射下好溫暖
選的是赫本房 有一雙人床 浴室很大有一超棒可泡澡的白色大浴缸 我跟女兒一起泡澡很舒服 好開心
本來擔心雙人房要容納三人太擠 但旁邊的黑色皮沙發可以攤開變成小床 所以很OK 如果多附上一單人棉被更好
開車需要找路邊畫線的停車位
整體覺得很棒很乾淨 離赤崁樓步行就到了，大推喔!

首先，客觀上來說，飯店管理人員非常積極，內裝也是盡可能簡潔，除了浴室沒有抽風系統導致的些許潮溼霉味，以及出現蟑螂之外，基本上房間還算舒適。
針對業者透過站內信告知我選擇的房型在B地，表示不解。當初看準了位址在忠義路並於12/11訂房間，甚至選了不可取消之房型，業者在12/23（27號入住）宣稱我選的房型本來就在B地，而不是民宿資訊中披露的A地，查收信件時，我當作是住房提醒並沒有仔細查看，業者便將訊息已讀當作已妥善告知。
XX飯店（民族）、XX飯店（忠義），這是我在住房平台多次下訂房間所看到業者最為常見的標明方式，因此我合理質疑此業者是有意「擺A賣B」致使消費者在「平台不可取消之政策下」成為類似買賣案件中最大的輸家。
縱使業者有意退費400，也彌補不了自頭至尾從未承認錯誤與表達歉意的作法。

附近很好找路邊停車，適合開車來的，但沐浴洗髮組是給你一包一包的，有點不環保，不夠用需跟民宿購買，民宿裝潢很好，已經住很多次了

屋內環境不錯，不過廁所的燈光太昏暗了。
另外，住宿是公寓的四樓，只能爬樓梯上四樓，這點需要在飯店資料中詳細說明才對，
因為可能有行李太多&身體不便無法爬太多樓梯的情況，到了現場會傻眼的。

Bun During booking there was no communication. We couldn't make our reservation and couldn't get a hold of anyone. VRBO didn't list a way to cancel via mobile phone either. No response from owner. They don't really care.

Minunat Photo as shown is the same as what was received. Rather convenient from the train station. But it is located at level 4 with no elevator, so not accessible for wheelchair people.
