Stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and check-out was equally seamless — the team even accommodated a late checkout until 3pm without any fuss, which made a real difference. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-maintained — exactly what you want after a long day. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve come across: spacious, well-equipped, and with a great atmosphere. Breakfast deserves a special mention — excellent variety, high quality, and consistently well-presented throughout the stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That kind of consistent hospitality across an entire team is rare and speaks to the culture of the property. Highly recommend for both business and leisure. Will definitely be back.

The stay was good overall, except for the bathroom cleaning. The bathroom floor wasn’t properly cleaned, and the glass was quite dirty. It just needed a bit more attention

Business bag is the best place to stay

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Simply the most horrendous hotel that I had the misfortune of booking. You’re better off at the JW MARRIOTT across the road! In summary, I stayed between 01/01/2026 - 05/01/2026. The issues that I encountered included: 1. The plug switches in the room did not work 2. The privacy blinds in the bathroom did not work 3. I would not be having breakfast for the remainder of the stay along with my two guests 4. One of my guests, my mother, was bed bound having had food poisoning from the breakfast on 03/01/2026 5. The hotel is rife with women engaging in illicit activities which makes the hotel unsafe on an evening especially  6. My room had not been serviced by housekeeping since my arrival and despite requesting this on three occasions  7. The air conditioning unit in the room was malfunctioning and would turn off automatically making the room uncomfortably hot Hotels.com were unable to do ANYTHING and referred me to the hotel. I was moved to a different room where the only improvement was in relation to the plug switches and air conditioning working. Despite not having breakfast at the hotel from 03/01/2026, both Hotels.com and the hotel refused to refund this aspect of the booking at the very least. I incurred additional expense in booking transport and having breakfast at other venues. The hotel’s only offer of any compensation was to have either “lunch or dinner” at the hotel which I obviously declined. Don’t ruin your holiday by staying here!

staff were great and helpful. The room was also OK except for the TV which was annoyingly not working properly and constantly promoting Habtoor enterprises made worst by the fact that I needed to reboot the TV constantly and each time get back to Habtoor promotions !

Personal super amable Habitacion impecable con vista. El Hotel es nuevo y el desayuno muy bueno
