It was great to arrive at our destination after driving the strong winds & heavy rain during our drive from Allora to Toowoomba. Thankfully we missed the large hail, vision on the road was restricted to low speed. Able to get some cover at Woolworths shopping centre at Drayton & was able to phone our motel to advise that we would be late & our host Lyn gave me some directions.

This property needs some love. Dead flowers in pots outside rooms, carpet worn at entry to room and looked dirty, shower head needed replacing as did the glass of the shower screen.

Spacious room, great bed and amenities. Close to corner shops for that must have snack. Easy to find on main road. Welcoming facade and staff.
