Did NOT stay at the property! It is totally unacceptable! totally NOT as shown on the website! this is NOT a hotel!!! No signage, dangerous access for cars as well as for people - major holes in the ground. smelly rooms, no windows, not even a reception, no services at all!
After a 10-minute inspection we left and called Expedia (at 19:32 European time). Explained our complaint and requested an immediate full refund. Then was transferred to another of your specialists, explained again our situation and after 39 minutes of a long-distance telephone call I was informed someone was going to call me back within one hour!
until now, i.e. 4 days later, I have NOT heard back from Expedia on this matter.
please issue full refund for this event at your immediate convenience!!!
