Great location for British Museum, Tottenham Court Road, main railway stations, Northern & Piccadilly Tube lines. Easy check in and clean rooms. Very busy cosmopolitan hotel but still quiet nights sleep. Nice choice of pub or cafe at entrance. Would stay again if in London. Any small complaint/ issue would be lack of AC (my visit during heatwave) and lack of any seating in reception area.

The room was clean however, not having air conditioning on these 90 + degree days was absolutely awful. If the temperatures are mild, no problem.

Bring a portable fan. We knew there wasn't air conditioning, but there was no air flow and the windows barely opened. The lifts are also slow and small. Otherwise than that, it was a great stay. Very good breakfast, quick service, staff were I credibly helpful and available. I left glasses behind d and they mailed them to me. Very pleased with their service and my experience.

Very nice location. British museum is 2 mins walking distance. Access to bus stops, taxis and hop on and hop off tour buses. Lots of pubs, cafés and restaurants near by. Only problem with this hotel NO AIR CONDITIONING. That was my only problem, and had to open windows (limited opening due to safety measures) and no air coming thru. Thank god we went before the heatwave. Not ideal when it gets too hot, since there is no air conditioning or no fans in the rooms.

This hotel is big, very well organised and immaculate. Beds are incredibly comfortable and rooms are lovely. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast options are a plenty. Nice location for easy walkable access to both Euston and St Pancras stations. Would stay there again.

Its a 10/15 minute straight walk from Euston or 15/20 minute walk from Kings Cross. The rooms and bathroom were a decent size but there's no air-con and in heat, the rooms are unbearably warm.

Fantastic budget hotel located in a vibrant neighborhood close to public transit and to the main touring sites. Extra charge for breakfast upon request. Noise from the street in noticeable when the windows are open. We stayed in a room with 3 separate bed which was surprisingly spacious but dated. Not only did the room had no air conditioning but the building itself so beware coming during the summer months. The room had towels except facial towels. Great hotel service from the front desk but could get very busy at times. Luggage storage was is free for early arrivals. Filtered water was also available onsite.
