We were sent to the building on the other side of the street further down from the main location. The rooms were depressing and absolutely did not look like the rooms in the pictures posted on the website. The bed for my parents was made, but the sofa for me was not ready. I found a bedspread in the closet, but it had what looked like a pee stain with a hole in it. I went to the reception to complain, but the receptionist did not seem to care. When I complained that I paid around $600 for two nights but the hotel did not look in the pictures, the receptionist told me that he never even looked at their pictures. Then he gave me some clean sheets and told me to make the bed myself. Generally, I cannot say that the staff was unkind. They were nice. And the location is great: lots of restaurants nearby and an easy access to metro stations, but the hotel was bad. I’m including their pictures as opposed to my pictures.

Great spot with lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was a terrible experience overall. The description on the website was nothing compared to the actual room. The air conditioning did not work, the window was broken, and both the tub and sink drained very slowly. There was also garbage and recycling still left in the cupboards when we arrived. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

The pictures are nothing like the rooms. They are small the bathroom had mold everywhere the toilet was broken there was no heat and the hallway lights didn’t turn off

I love the bed, it was very comfortable, staffers were very frendly, the were beyond and above. The location of the hotel was good for transportation.

First room they gave us the air-conditioning didn't work. I asked for another room and they said they were sold out. I hung out at the front desk and asked when it would be fixed . . .got no answer. He asked me how was New York (I'm from NYC) I told him New York was not happy. Then just like that we got a new room. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. If I had to say two good things about it, the location was great, and the shower worked well.
