Very friendly and helpful staff, infinity pool and lobby is gorgeous. Unfortunately we found the dinner in the restaurant not to be very good

Staff very helpful Just wish more toilet paper was available to leave in the bedrooms… As for more and get one, so spend the next few weeks asking again, and again. Silly, but a little annoying. Otherwise very nice place

Very good Hotel!! Great room! Great staff free shuttle to the beach. We didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice place , nice staff and clean and spacious rooms with decent balcony and comfy bed , proper coffee kiosk and pool bar would be beneficial and breakfast was very poor by European standards !

5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday.

2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights.
