We loved our stay here as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The kids especially liked the kids corner and looked forward to going back to the hotel to build with the wooden blocks! The location was great, easy to get to from the Eurostar with going through Westfield and across the footpath. Proximity to grand place, shops and restaurants good. We liked Mathieu bakery and Need Coffee, both 5min walk. Staff were friendly and warming to the kids.

There is no onsite parking available and if you are travelling by car you have to park in one of the public car parks about 300 metres from the property. The towels were thin and the rooms are small. There was no milk for tea or coffee in the room and very limited supplies of tea and coffee. I was advised that tea and coffee is available for purchase if we want more.

The location is just a few steps from Lille Flanders and the nearby Lille Europe (Eurostar) stations. Also, an easy walk to Grand Place.

Good for basic stay, great location. Was abit noisy due to building work outside. Double room was spacious and clean for single person but limited space for family, hotel was eco friendly so there was no hotel amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok.

We have stayed in a few Novotel hotels before and this one wasn’t great. The room was a lot smaller than the one in Novotel Brussels and we were positioned above the restaurant/ bar area, which was noisy. The room was too hot, as the air conditioning had been changed to warm air. We asked for the broken safe in the room to be fixed but this was never done. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. As a family we didn’t enjoy our stay here but on a positive, the location is pretty good.

Hôtel toutefois désuet au niveau des chambres : plafond qui décolle dans la salle de bain, verres en plastique, penderie ouverte beaucoup trop petite, pas de tablette pour compenser l'espace pour ranger des vêtements. Réception : étroite, des meubles entravent l'espace lorsque l'on fait le check-in avec nos valises. Ce qui est bon : la gare à 5 min à pieds, ville historique à 10 min. Jeux (ball machine par ex) mais dans la réception. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, plutôt un faible 3. Elle a besoin de rénovation!!
