Ysuri Sayulita - Beachfront Hotel

This is the second time we stayed here, the first time as a couple, this time with my teenage sons. A beautiful place, facing the ocean, 5 minutes to town, and wonderful scenery. Very relaxing…we will be back soon!

M family and I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and the views are great. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother and aside from a couple of steps the access around the property is really good. The best part was the staff. Everyone stood out as excellent and took a lot of pride in their work. By far the staff member he stood out most was Eric. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had every need met. Thank you Eric, we will always stay at this hotel while in Sayulita.

A lot of the maintenance staff was very helpful as well as the front desk woman. However we were required to put down a deposit (normal) and a then a waiver for the bedding (not normal) citing makeup, stains, etc on sheets would incur extra charges. Thought that was odd but signed it. Not sure what type of material they use or if they treat the bedding with a certain chemical but it transfer everything like a sponge. I set a swimsuit on the bed I have used and washed dozens of time times prior and somehow some of the red transferred to the bedding. Almost anything set on it was absorbed. And of course they kept my deposit. Absolutely unacceptable. If you have a known issue (evidenced by the fact they created a separate waiver). Change the bedding used. I have literally stayed in 100s of hotels across the globe and never once experienced that issue.

Loved the view, Ninfa was so helpful from this property. The friendliest person there. They really maintain the property and surroundings. It is walkable and had easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views. Right next to a wonderful beach. Everything you need right there and right next to town as well. Super easy to travel with kids. Rooms were wonderful staff was wonderful. We will be back.

Rooms are newly updated and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Ysuri Sayulita hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
