Personnel très serviable ou vraiment pas du tout. Erreur de 170 k vand sur la facture. La réception reconnaît l’erreur mais nous oblige à payer car ce n’est pas sa faute mais celle d’un autre employé !!! vérifiez bien votre facture et bonne chance !

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had booked multiple hotels during my Vietnam trip and Roseland was by far the worst. It wasn’t even worth close to the $90/night that I paid for. I’d never stay in this hotel again and I would urge other travelers to stay away from booking this location. There are much nicer, cleaner, and kept hotels in the area for the same price.

Staff was great, room was nice. There was a mosquito issue in the halls and the room, but I'm not sure if that could be helped. The shower was difficult to figure out as far as finding a temperature that wasn't flaming hot or tepid. Otherwise, great location and would recommend.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to opera house, lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. Breakfast had a good range of options.

We had a wonderful stay here, especially as we booked very last minute (1:40pm, for a 2:00pm check in) after facing an accommodation drama elsewhere. The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming and the amenities are very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

One of the rooms was dirty upon checkin. Staff attended to it right away. The lobby was clean but staff were often sitting around on their phones
