Excellent hotel at a prime position to explore Madrid. Rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel staff were attentive and flexible about requests. Will definitely stay again when in Madrid.

Well the hotel was good but the workers at the restaurant they wasn’t so nice they wanted to force me to eat or I can not have drinks at the restaurant that is not okay because I’m coming from New York and here we drink first and then we eat after we think is the right time that was my concern specifically when we are on vacation that was one of the things I didn’t like about the place if you don’t order food at the restaurant you can not have drinks FD that is not right when you spending money

Amazingly clean room. Perfect for new families with littles. Perfect location that’s walkable and stroller friendly. Kind staff willing to help and immediate with support. My new favorite hotel!

Great location. Attended a concert at Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium and although the journey took about 45 minutes, this was very convenient. Getting back from the concert there were so many places open to grab food. The area is lively but not too noisy. Well placed for sightseeing the next day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning was a lifesaver! Taxi to/from the airport was only about 20 minutes and cost €33. Free water and other drinks provided in the minibar, replenished every day. Upon checkout, the hotel staff immediately offered both luggage storage for the day and scheduled a taxi to take us back to the airport. Would definitely opt to stay here again on future trips to Madrid

The room was extremely clean, the staff was so so friendly and accommodating, the hotel is the nicest location - I mean location was TOP TOP TIER. There is so much commotion downstairs but you cannot hear any of it from your hotel room at all. The shower was FANTASTIC. Everything there was lovely truly.
