Our overnight stay was lovely. Friendly front desk staff who even helped us hail a cab to leave (uber was giving trouble due to road closures). The breakfast was in the lovely rooftop cafeteria. The pancakes needed to be reheated because they were ice cold, but the croissants were PHENOMENAL. Fresh out the oven and so good. The hotel area was great, walking distance to many local tourist spots. My only complaint was that though we are in Spain, there should be at least 3-5 tv channels that are in English. After all, it is a tourist hotel. The only channels we could watch were CNN and BBC out of 100 possible tv channels.

Staff were amazing, we had a trouble with our luggage, and the 3 of them so helpful and caring. Breakfast great and hotel incredible centric, main point of interest at 15 min distance, loved our stay in the hotel. Recommend

Location perfect - right outside is the metro. Most bus stops are within 5 minutes walk. Next to gran via and walking distance to centre of Madrid. Staff very helpful Clean room Best shower I’ve ever seen at a hotel

Great location, comfortable walk to most attractions. Well-equipped, reasonably clean, and a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom door design is an interesting choice The staff were all friendly and helpful.
