The building is old but very well maintained. We had a mix up because of different bookings and ended up over paying by at least 200usd more than expected. This is because while the staff are wonderful, they are disempowered and the manager isn’t in the building

The hotel is perfect for travellers wanting to be central for shopping, travelling via subway and food! The hotel is well maintained however the aircon in our room was not the best but other aspects of the hotel made up for this. The hotel staff were were very pleasant, professional and helpful. I would like to say thank you to them for helping with a minor problem but felt huge away from hom so thank you so much!

Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter Myeondong. Métro a quelques minutes, café juste devant et street food juste à côté. La chambre était bien et les lits très confortables. Le seul bémol serait la salle de bain. Il y avait une marche pour y accéder et le lavabo mesurait 3 pieds de haut. Pour quelqu’un de plus grand que 5p5, il est « difficile » de se laver les mains. Pour tout le reste, tout correspondait à l’annonce sur hotels.com

I Had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff came and cleaned everyday. I loved that they had robes and slippers. The hotel was right in the middle of showing and restaurants which was convenient. The only complaint I can make which
