Am staying here while my spouse is in hospital. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Very comfortable room and within walking distance to the hospital. The only thing I would change is to add launderette.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome location very near the airport and 5 minute walk from the tram that went to the centre of Toulouse. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect for our needs with onsite dining. The shuttle wasn't running during the hours we needed, so they arranged a cab for us for a nominal fee.

Fantastic
Loved our stay. Happily surprised by the patio and dining options. The room was comfortable, clean. Little details were taken into consideration. The building outside was not great looking nor the corridors, but the room and amenities along the service were great!

Very nice hotel and would definitely come back. Has a nice big pool with tiki bar where you can order poolside drinks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Only negative was that wasn’t explained when booking that have to pay a deposit for bar and restaurant credit which was over €200. However it is a good system if you do end up using the bar and restaurant frequently just make sure you bring a credit card.

Restaurant staff were nice. Food was hit and miss. Convience to city. Hidden costs. In correct billing. People charged extra to our room. No diligence when checking chsrges to the room to ensure the people charging to the room are the people staying in the actual room.

Outdated hotel Room was very warm (in April!!) and AC was not working. Staff was very nice I would have expected better confort from a Novotel
