The Mauian - Boutique Beach Studios on Napili Bay

Studios are a little cozy/tight however super clean and 12 steps to the beach…can’t beat it!!!

The location of the hotel was amazing! But the hotel itself was not good. Check in is at 3pm but their office closes at 4pm so you’re stuck with a random security guy checking you in. The security guys were every where. They are constantly watching. I was sitting on the porch of my hotel room by myself reading my book when a security guy comes over and hands me a piece a paper. It explained parking and finishing check in since their office was closed when we arrived. The guy left and I continued reading. The security comes back AGAIN 10 minutes later and was more aggressive. He told me I needed to go to the office right away to finish checking it. I felt so uncomfortable after that. The rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything. People are so loud at night around the pool that we barely got any sleep. The shower was terrible and had no pressure. The parking lot is tiny and extremely crammed so good luck finding a spot. I will never stay there again and will find a different hotel next time.

Excellent location, service and rooms. Staff were very helpful and the beach was perfect.

The atmosphere was true Hawaiian. The grounds were tropical and beautifully maintained. The pool is small and the walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbors, but we stayed 2 nights and it was quiet by 9 or 10. My teenage daughter said this was her favorite spot of the trip.

We loved the cleanliness, location, and overall vibe of the hotel. Super cute and right on the beach. Appreciate that they have free parking for guests, and that they are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach. Beautiful property and gardens! Pool area was also nice. The staff were great, very accommodating. The only issue is lack of parking depending on the time of day.

The Mauian is amazing. Once you walk in - you are in the botanical garden. The hotel and our room was literally on the beach which was beautiful. Great location, cozy hotel, very well maintained - that’s how I imagined Hawaii. Thumbs up!

Our flight was very delayed so we did not arrive until close to midnight and although we had our unit number and door code the security guard on duty went out of his way to be helpful. He welcomed us and led us with a flashlight to our unit and unlocked the door. In the morning there was a wonderful complimentary light breakfast and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

All staff we encountered were very helpful and nice. Room was clean. We loved the small feel of this hotel. Can’t beat the location right on Napili Bay. We will be back
