We usually avoid AI hotels due to the usual loud music and organized pool/beach activities. This hotel's website uses words like peaceful and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city We checked in during the Mexico/South Africa Fifa world cup opener. Noise and distraction were expected. We had booked a jr suite where we could "enjoy the beautiful scenery of Puerto Morelos, which combines nature with the picturesque streets .." We, regrettably, were given a pool view room, close to both the pool bar and the lobby bar (our worst nightmare!) No privacy and loud, with music from both the pool bar and lobby bar (?) Happy the music stopped by 9:00 pm. We asked for, and we're given a different quieter room by 4:00 pm the next day. This new room was what we had expected, on the quiet side of the hotel, facing the jungle. Too bad, we were only here for two nights. The food here is wonderful! The staff friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable but definitely showing wear and tear. The corridor to our room had carpeting lifting from the floor, a very loud closing door (easy fix!) and it was dark. Breakfast in the dining room would be far more pleasant if there wasn't two different music sources playing at the same time (spa/yoga music vs reggae) Great staff, beautiful location, comfortable rooms but noisy (they had a DJ setup for pool exercises) Just not the calm, relaxing experience we had hoped for.

The room was perfect and clean

The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.

This was an excellent stay, the staff was wonderful. They were all very helpful, and they were all cheerful.They all seem to really enjoy working there, and making sure each guest has everything they need to make the trip enjoyable. Erika our an ambassador exceed expectations, her thoughtfulness was appreciated every day. We will be recommending to our family and friends.

Great for staycation

So I love the fact there were bottle waters in the bathroom (for brushing my teeth). Stephany in the RoMarley restaurant was a SWEET heart Diego made my birthday BEYOND special. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Ask for Ceasar he was also a great waiter. Everyone was very attentive!

We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music. The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location. Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!

Great staff, book restaurants early.

We purchased the All Inclusive plan and were very pleased. The food was 5 star, the resort is clean, and the staff are very friendly & accommodating! We will definitely be back!

The hotel is a has one pool for families and when sargasm is heavy in the ocean, there is not a ton to do. The hotel was beautiful though.
