The staff was really good and the hot tub wasn’t a hot tub it was a kid pool ! Free breakfast wasn’t free breakfast had to pay. Overall rooms was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of places!

While it was clean, it is so in need of renovations or fixes as it looks dirty until you pay attention and see the issues (new flooring in elevator, replace broken and chipped tiles in room, replace rusted faucets/shower heads etc). The staff however are amazing! Super friendly, very helpful, and worthy of as many stars one can give. I would return just for them.

Had called day of to confirm reservations. Very difficult to get someone to answer a phone. Was told everything was set and to call for shuttle from airport. They never answered phone once we landed at airport. When our uber dropped us off and we tried to check in we were told they did not reserve our room and left us stranded. In fact, several customers were left stranded without rooms. Were too bothered to help anyone make other accommodations. Poor customer service!

The hotel was a bit of a mess. Leaking ceilings, sticky floors, etc. Our room didn't have any towels. I went and requested towels, but they never arrived. Disappointed.
