Very poor experience -Our room had 2 levels, with the bedroom (with windows that don’t open) upstairs and a living area downstairs. the living area room was extremely hot, at least 25-30 degrees Celsius and the upstairs room even hotter. the air conditioning didn’t work and the balcony door and windows wouldn’t open. The front desk said air conditioning was deliberately turned off in the hotel and we should open the window. But our door wouldn’t open so we asked to change rooms. he said no other rooms were available, but if we came down the next morning they’d be able to move us to another room then. And he said he’d send a technician up to look at the door. Half an hour later I rang back and he told me the technician had reported back and there was nothing he could do I told him the technician had not been to the room and he said the technician had “checked on the computer”. When I said we couldn’t sleep in these conditions, he said he’d bring a fan up. After delivering a heating fan and feeling what the heat was like, he said he’d talk to the technician again. 15 minutes later, the technician arrived and managed to open the balcony door. So we had to sleep in the living area with door open, as upstairs was too hot and the upstairs windows don’t open. Unfortunately the room looks over a 6 lane highway and we got very little sleep due to traffic noise. the next morning, reception told us we could not change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. Would not stay again.

Everithing was perfecto.

We stayed for two nights. Nice and clean hotel, well communicated personnel, convenient location (close to metro, great supermarkets and restaurants, and easy access to old town with tourist places to visit). Highly recommend.

We had the duplex room which was spacious and very well designed. Breakfast had plenty of vegan options, and staff were always polite and attentive.

Very high quality at the breakfast meny and service

The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was much appreciated. The entrance was slightly hard to find as it requires passing through a bus parking area, but the location is convenient, with bus and tram stops about a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient that a bus from airport stopped at a nearby bus stop.

Clean room, excellent breakfast buffet and good property condition.

When we arrived the guy on reception wasn’t helpful. Only 2 sockets working in the bedroom. The complimentary coffee wasn’t in the room so I had to ask for it twice. The cleaner woke us up both mornings being noisy. On the last day she knocked three times and I kept having to tell her to stop knocking.
