They stick to not letting anyone in early at all. There was 5 of us waiting to get a room and apparently all 5 got cleaned right at 3pm.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. La limpieza de la habitación era muy deficiente y había un fuerte olor a humedad que hacía la estancia muy incómoda. Además, la ducha estaba en mal estado y el agua se salía mientras la usábamos, dejando el baño completamente mojado. Considero que el hotel necesita mejorar significativamente el mantenimiento y la limpieza de sus instalaciones. No lo recomendaría.

This hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and spacious.The King sized bed creaked at every turn and move and so did the door to the bathroom. This hotel did not have many amenities - small reception lounge area and rooftop swimming pool with tables and chairs. It is adequate.

This is a solid choice for a good stay with a kitchenette and in a convenient location. It isn't luxurious but it has a lot of nice amenities for the money including a pool.

I would have rated this hotel 4 stars. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent on the third floor. Don’t be misled by the reception area—it works there, but not upstairs. I ended up spending so much time (and money) at Tim Hortons just to get online that it could have covered the cost of proper data or a hotel upgrade. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I raised the problem daily, but nothing changed. To be clear, the staff were not at fault; the responsibility lies with management to fix the connectivity.

Goid stay. Staff was outstanding. Has 3 washers abd dryers on the 6th floor. $3.50 PER WAS AND SAME FOR DRYER. Outside pool on 6th floor. Good fitness roim also on 6th floor. Maids outstanding a far as cleaning room and new sheets everday. Resturants clise by. Good coffee shops.
