they are over booked, upon our arrival, ưe are told thêre are no room for us although full payment is made. short of not helping us find alternative, the owner tried to sell us another room elsewhere for 3times the price.

I complain about hotels.com website. Your service is extremely bad. This hotel had already closed their rooms, but your system still show it available. I booked a room at here, paid it all. But when I went to this hotel, no room for me to stay. I had to find another one temporarily. No one from you informed me about the problem and I could not find any your contact to solve the issue. I'm really disappointed about your service at the first time I use it. You have to return completely my money right now, asap. You can ask the boss of this hotel for more detail. I prove it by the picture below, it's an invoice of another hotel (named "Thanh Phuong" hotel) I was living there.
