Absolutely fantastic my group had a great time at the hotel. Great service, fantastically clean, they are doing upgrades to make it even better. The staff was beyond amazing. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation

Place was clean, rooms were clean, great venue , have a small Cafe downstairs with great food, breakfast was average compared to other hotels but sill taste great. They do have a subpar wifi system it is the only problem I had with the hotel overall. Great staff, willing to help and explain everything clearly in room massages were great put me and the wife to sleep. If their wifi was better I would happily give 5/5. However the constant disconnecting and not being available and not being able to use the wifi based TV system they have, brings it to 4/5.

The staff were very pleasant. I wanted to use an Iron to iron my shirt, they said there was a 250php per hr to use it. I have never heard of a hotel charging to use an iron in my life. We also had to change rooms due to the noise from construction going on. The second room we had wasn’t too bad but the water pressure was terrible. Also we had a few issues with power outlets not working. Great location though.

Avenue Suites is our favorite hotel in Bacolod - we stay here every time. It has everything we need, good quality throughout, good value, great location, and a very nice coffee shop/restaurant off the lobby. Great staff.

I thought to be a 4 + star accommodation but unfortunately I didn’t receive the customer service that I was expecting. I’m not going to book here anymore and I’m not recommend either.
