Sub medie サウナ、岩盤浴、期待して行きましたが、
大浴場と階が違うという不便さ、水着をレンタルしないといけないということに不自由さを感じました。女性にあまり優しくない建物のつくりで

初日はエアコンがきかない部屋に手配されて、部屋の中に湿気が強くて、カビのような匂いと部屋内が暑くて、なかなか落ち着いて休めなかったです。
窓側に椅子が置いてあって、一番匂いがキツイ場所でした。
夕方に我慢ができなくて、フロントに電話したら、スタッフさんが来て室内のエアコンの調子を見て頂いたけど、エアコンの温度が調整できなくて、扇風機を持って頂いた。
しかし湿気の匂いが変わらなくて、室内の暑さは夜になって、少し涼しくなりました。
翌日朝一起きたら、やはり部屋の匂いが気になって、再度フロントに電話を入れて、空気洗浄機を貸して頂いたが、なかなか匂いが取れなかったです。
突然フロントから電話がありまして、部屋を交換して頂くことになりました。
およそ12時半頃に隣の部屋の交換を手配して頂きました。
部屋の匂いもなくて、冷房も問題なくて、最後の一晩にゆっくり過ごせました。
朝食は連続二日間同じなんで、最終日の朝食はあまり食べられなかったです。
レストランのスタッフ達の対応もとても良くて、お皿がなくなったら、声をかけるとすぐ持って頂いたり、品物がなくなると、何分後出来上がったら、すぐ声をかけるなどの対応がとても良いです。
温泉も良かったです。天気が暑くて、なかなかゆっくりできなかったです。
初日のような部屋ではなければ、今度また利用したいです。

Room was huge & comfortable.
Meals were ok, paid full price meal for our toddler & all she got was chips & nuggets for dinner. Not sure if we could have requested for something else/a full meal instead
