Fantastic Very helpful staff. I forgot my charger, returned next day and it was stored under my name. Was released after showing passport. Good quality shower head, cloth waser in room. Good quality coffee in lounge area.

Great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend!

we stayed here a few times before. excellent location, easy walk to ometosando for shopping, many restaurants and breakfast options and bakeries a very short walk away, ginza line subway close by and even the yakult swallows baseball stadium a few blocks away. great views out the room windows of most of central tokyo and big beds, a couch and enough space for comfort. the lobby has a smoking lounge and a free coffee, espresso, latte, matcha machine. the new lounge is very nice, its outside in an adjoining building and has drinks, pastries, showers and gym equipment, all complimentary for guests. we will be back next year guranteed.

We had 2 rooms- premier twin and premier double. The twin was large, clean etc and the double was quite dirty. Carpet was filthy, walls needed wiping down, sofa needs deep cleaning.
Nice facility overall but they need to deep clean some of the rooms.

Fantastic Great location, large room and beds, quiet and a fabulous view.
Close to train station and convenience stores. Easy walk to Shibuya and Harajuku. Would recommend. Had a superior twin room on the 24th floor.

Great neighborhood and delightful hotel. Super nice and helpful staff, and a great lounge available to guests if you want to recharge somewhere other than your room. Laundry IN YOUR ROOM was a game changer!!

Convenient location and great city view from the room.
New arrival lounge was nice to grab coffee and light breakfast

Mold growing on shower grout that was easily wiped away, therefore had not been cleaned sufficiently
Washer/dryer in room did not dry clothes sufficiently
Arrival lounge has “gym” but only cardio machines
