Room was hot but staff provided a fan which provided and it room cooled. Property needs upgrading. Old wallpaper peeling. Carpet dingy. Bathroom had been upgraded. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location! Very Friendly staff! Very clean! We really enjoyed our stay here! Garage parking for a fee. That is probably the only thing I did not care for, the parking fee. I feel is should be free or cheaper because every cost adds up and we are guest of the hotel. I would stay here again in future visits.

although the hotel was a little dated cosmetically, the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good. We appreciated the attached restaurant for breakfast or room service.

Nice place located near Granville Mall, the stadium, BC Place, and more downtown Vancouver venues. Parking available for an additional fee. Restaurant/bar in hotel offers convenient opportunity for breakfast, dinner, drinks. All together a good option.
